Once we understand your goals, we come to an agreement on price and closing date. After we put it all on paper and sign the agreement, we set a date to sign a limited power of attorney with the Title Company so that My California Home Solution can execute all of the work on behalf of the seller.
Step 4
We come by to take pictures and list the property on the open market and start allowing showings for buyers to make offers. We negotiate for the best offer possible.
Step 5
Once we accept a favorable offer, we novate the agreement and then proceed to closing. My California Home Solution makes any repair requests necessary and pays for all closing costs, commissions, and fees. We sign closing documents on behalf of the seller and you receive your guaranteed price shortly after closing!
